Monthly lockouts start at $285/month for smaller studios and go up based on size. All include 24/7 access, climate control, and WiFi.

Can I tour the space before committing?

Yes! We recommend scheduling a tour so you can see the studios and meet our Community Manager. It's the best way to find the right space for your needs.

Do monthly studios come with equipment?

Monthly lockout studios are empty spaces for you to fill with your own gear. That's the point — set up once, play forever without hauling equipment.

Are there any noise restrictions?

No noise restrictions. Play as loud as you want, whenever you want. Just make sure to close the door to your studio.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Monthly memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
